We invite you to join Mitten State Smockers for our annual workshop with Barbar Meger. It will be held at the Davison/Richfield Senior Citizens Center in Davison, Michigan, June 20 - 22, 2008. Barbara Meger is a nationally known designer and teacher specializing in smocking and embroidery. She will present "Smocking on a Ladder, A Stocking of Bits and Pieces," and "Applique Smocking--A Classic Choice." Our classes have limited space. Chapters members should register before April 3, 2008. Open SAGA registration begins April 4, 2008.

"Berry Good Smockers presents Stitching Serenity VIII with Julia Golson. Come join us in the beautiful hills above Santa Barbara as we relax, stitch and chat! Julia Golson is Teaching "Two Day Embroidery Camp". A silk ribbon bow is pin stitched onto linen, with embroidery embellishments. The embroidered piece can be mounted to a workbasket. Fee of $350 includes room, board, class and kit.
